Reviews and Ratings
I was pleasantly surprised by the lovely views across the well-tended garden bordering the rainforest and the small battery-powered light for when the power went off at night. However, I've seen nicer and more comfortable rooms at this price point in Central America.
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel's great location right inside the lush jungle of Tikal National Park. The rooms, though a bit noisy when kids are playing, were clean and provided a decent stay. The service was top-notch with a very friendly and accommodating staff. The dining experience was satisfactory, especially after a long day of hiking. The hotel facilities were practical and well-kept.
My stay at the hotel was an incredible experience. The rooms were conveniently situated just a short walk from the reception and were clean, although an upgrade to solar power would be beneficial. The hotel's proximity to the ruins was a definite plus, even though the rooms were basic by Western standards.
